Information Update from David

Hi Everyone...
1) I am flying to Norway on Sunday (4th Feb) for the first 'Nordic Walking News' cross-country skiing holiday. I will be back at my computer Monday 12th February, so please bear with me if there are delays in communication next week.
2) Talking of holidays our fantastic Nordic Walking News - Nordic Walking holidays to the Algarve in May and October '07 have generated much interest. If you haven't checked out the details yet visit:

Don't forget that bookings are now being taken via that website. To reserve your place simply complete the online booking form. All you need to pay at this point is your deposit which is just 75 GB Pounds per person.
Note: You do not have to be UK based to join this holiday - You are welcome wherever you live in the world! If you are travelling from elsewhere in the world and you don't require our flight from the UK, no problem, you just deduct the flight price from the price of the holiday and then make your own flight arrangement. Alternatively you could make your own flight arrangements to the UK and then pick up our flight from London - it's flexible to your requirements.
3) I have been receiving alot of enquiries this month asking how to either order my book "Nordic Walking Step by Step" (either in ebook or physical book format) or how to download the the 4 f-r-e-e chapter excerpt. The answer is simply go to:
